Stock and a seasonal blossom. Depending on season, it could be a cremone, peony, or dahlia, for example. We use flowers that are available at that given time. The look and the freshness of the flowers are always the most important, therefore the arrangement may vary. Substitutions may be made based on best product available.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Arrangement was elegantly beautiful. Even prettier than photo. On short notice, I unexpectedly had to reschedule the delivery. Volanni offered the highest standard of customer service and communication in an unforeseen situation. And the arrangement was delivered before 8:30AM! Impressive. My daughter loved her flowers. Appreciated Rob and his personal attention to detail.

It came in a timely fashion and was gorgeous -- what more could you ask for. Whatsmore -- the share was unusual -- I thought it was going to be a cube vase, but it is actually quite thin depth-wise -- which was a nice twist.
